Familiar routines
Consistent daily routines with help through the day.
At Willow Creek in Allen
When your loved one is living with dementia, you want care that understands their routines and preferences. At Willow Creek, Brythaven helps you explore the daily support they need and whether this community is a fit.

We start with an individual assessment, not assumptions about what your family member needs.
Consistent daily routines with help through the day.
Help with daily activities such as dressing, bathing and meals.
Engagement based on each person's interests and abilities.
Regular conversations with families about how their loved one is doing.
Caregivers are awake and present 24/7, with registered nurse oversight. This is not 24-hour on-site nursing or skilled nursing care.

Visit Willow Creek to see the living and dining spaces and talk with the team about your loved one's day. Memory care is offered here only, not at every Brythaven community.
